A little goes a long way. Apply 1-2 drops morning and night after, or instead of, moisturiser. For best results apply in the following order: serums, then moisturiser, then oils. Apply SPF last. You can also pat oil on a dry face during the day any time, over your moisturiser.

Gently massage in circular motions onto dry skin using fingertips. Rinse well with lukewarm water or wipe off with damp, warm muslin cloth. Suitable to remove mascara.

Tip half a teaspoon of grains into the palm of the hand, add water to mix into a slightly frothy paste. Gently massage your face for a full 2 minutes then rinse clean Use weekly or for chronically clogged or dull skin, use daily.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Skin reactions

If you experience a skin reaction which you believe is related to use of one of our products, please take a photo and email us at hq@foundersformula.com.au. One in fifty people are sensitive to Vitamin C. If you are one of these people you will experience the reaction with your first occasion of use. Please return the full bottle less the single use with your receipt and place of purchase, and we will refund you the cost of postage and replace the product with one better suited to your skin type.

All our products are formulated for sensitive skin and thoroughly tested on our cohort of human individuals with a history of skin sensitivity (including our founder whose own skin sensitivity ignited her drive to understand skin care ingredients!). It is well known that some individuals will react to Vitamin C. If you have not experienced a reaction to other Vitamin C products you have used and believe this is the first Vitamin C product you have reacted to, it is likely that this is because those products were low in Vitamin C. Vitamin C is highly unstable, a characteristic consistent with its effectiveness as an anti-oxidant. Vitamin C breaks down as it binds quickly with oxidants, hence its brilliance as an anti-oxidant! 

The Natural Vitamin C used in Founder's Formula products is derived from natural plant essences found in Kakadu Plum which are extracted from the plant using a ground breaking scientific technique pioneered in Australia. Kakadu Plum has more Vitamin C than any known plant on earth. The extraction method used ensures that the full plant profile is extracted resulting in a Vitamin C product that is bio-compatible and less likely to irritate than a Vitamin C created in a laboratory as pure ascorbic acid (pure Vitamin C).
