Founder's Formula Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

(“Rewards Terms”)

Effective Date: 10th June 2025

These Rewards Terms govern your participation in the Founder's Formula Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) and may be amended or updated by FF Beauty Pty Ltd (“Founder's Formula,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of these Rewards Terms, as revised from time to time.

1. Eligibility and Enrolment

The Rewards Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid registered account at www.foundersformula.com.au . By enrolling, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You may only participate by creating an account on the Founder's Formula website and providing accurate and complete information including your full name, email address, and mailing address. Only individuals—not corporations, partnerships, or businesses—are eligible to enrol.

2. Earning & Redeeming Points

Points (“FF Points”) may be earned on qualifying purchases made through www.foundersformula.com.au. Purchases made through other retailers, websites, or in-store stockists are not eligible.

  • Earn 1 FF Point for every AUD $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Freight and Tax are exempt from earning points.
  • Earn an FF $10 Coupon Reward each for referring a friend.

1) A current loyalty member (Referring Customer) sends a friend (Referred Friend) their referral URL 📩

2) The Referred Friend clicks the link and inputs their email address into Smile 📧

3) Once the Referred Friend inputs their email, they'll receive the "Friend" reward in an email as a coupon code 💵

4) After the Referred Friend has made a purchase, the Referring Customer will receive their reward 💰

  • 200 FF Points for creating a new account on the website.
  • Birthday Reward: 200 FF Points on your Birthday to be used within 60 days of your birthday.
  • Earn 50 FF Points for liking us on Facebook
  • Earn 50 FF Poins for following us on Instagram

 

3. Using Your Points

FF Points may only be used for discounts on purchases at www.foundersformula.com.au. They cannot be applied toward taxes, shipping, or combined with other discount codes or another member’s points.

Points:

  • 100 FF Points = $5
  • Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
  • Will be deducted if a related purchase is returned or cancelled.
  • Cannot be redeemed for gift cards or in conjunction with other offers unless specified.

4. Offers and Limitations

Reward offers are personalized and subject to change. Founder's Formula reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities of rewards or point redemptions.
  • Offer bonus points or exclusive rewards based on behaviours (e.g., reviews, referrals, social content).
  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Rewards Program at its sole discretion.

You may view your points balance by logging into your account on the website.

5. Privacy

Your enrolment and use of the Rewards Program is subject to Founder's Formula’s Privacy Policy.

6. Member Conduct and Compliance

You agree to use the Rewards Program lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:

  • Misrepresenting your identity or creating multiple accounts.
  • Using bots or automated systems to gain points.
  • Posting fraudulent or misleading content in relation to earning points.
  • Exploiting technical loopholes or manipulating offers.

Violation may result in account termination and loss of all points.

7. Communications

By joining, you agree to receive emails related to the Rewards Program, including balance updates, special offers, and transactional messages. You may opt out of marketing communications, but not essential communications regarding your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Founder's Formula, its affiliates, and agents make no warranties (express or implied) regarding the Rewards Program. By participating, you release us from liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

Founder's Formula is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected emails or mail, or for any issues related to technical failures or external third-party services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Qld, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Rewards Program will be resolved by binding arbitration in Qld. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

 Founder’s Formula UGC Contest – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for being part of the Founder’s Formula community! We love seeing how our products are used in your real routines. To celebrate, we’re inviting you to take part in our monthly UGC (User-Generated Content) Contest.

By participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. How to Enter

Post a video of yourself using any Founder’s Formula product to Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

 

Tag @foundersformula and use the hashtag #FoundersFormulaSkin.

 

Content must be original, professional in quality, and clearly feature our product(s).

 

You may submit multiple entries, but only one winner will be chosen per month.

 

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

 

Entrants must have a public social media account.

 

Content must not include offensive, misleading, or defamatory material.

 

3. Prize

One winner will be selected each month based on creativity, quality, and brand relevance.

 

The winner will receive a $100 Founder’s Formula digital gift voucher.

 

Winners are announced on the first business day of each month via our social media and contacted directly.

 

4. Usage Rights

By entering, you grant Founder’s Formula full permission to repost, reuse, and repurpose your content across our website, social channels, digital ads, emails, and printed materials.

 

Credit will be given where possible, but content may be edited or adapted for format and style.

 

5. Disqualification

Founder’s Formula reserves the right to disqualify any content that:

Does not meet quality or brand standards

Uses unapproved language or imagery

Appears to be false, plagiarised, or misleading

 

6. General

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

 

Founder’s Formula may pause, cancel, or amend the contest at any time.
