Promoter
The promoter is FF Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN 11 657 723 978), trading as Founder's Formula ("Founder's Formula", "we", "our" or "the Promoter").
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any person directly associated with the administration of the giveaway, are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period
The Founder's Formula Monthly Giveaway is conducted on a monthly basis.
Entries received from 12:00am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of each calendar month until 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the final day of that month will be eligible for that month's draw.
Entries received after the monthly closing date will automatically be entered into the following month's giveaway.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
- Complete the online entry form.
- Provide a valid first name, last name, email address and mobile number.
- Consent to receive marketing communications from Founder's Formula by selecting the subscription checkbox.
Only one (1) entry per person per monthly draw is permitted.
Incomplete, inaccurate, automated or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
Prize
Each month, one (1) winner will receive one Founder's Formula Gift Voucher valued at AUD $150.
The gift voucher is redeemable only at foundersformula.com.au, is not transferable, is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted unless determined by the Promoter.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place on the first business day of the following month.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided when entering.
If the prize is not claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Marketing Communications
By entering the giveaway and providing consent, entrants agree to receive email marketing communications from Founder's Formula, including skincare education, product updates, exclusive offers and future giveaways.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in all marketing emails.
Unsubscribing after entry will not affect eligibility for the current monthly draw but may affect eligibility for future promotions where subscription is a condition of entry.

The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway, communicating with entrants and providing marketing communications where consent has been provided.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
