This is completely normal. The Pro-Ageing Serum is more viscous and slightly tacky due to its high concentration of active ingredients. This texture is a sign of a potent, performance-driven formula, not a diluted serum.

Apply your serums AFTER cleansing and toning and BEFORE moisturising. You can layer serums on top of each or mix them together.

This pro-aging serum is designed for all skincare types, including sensitive skin. We do recommend however, that you do a patch test before using on your face. 

While highly hydrating, the formula is oil-free and contains Niacinamide (B3) and Lemon Myrtle to help naturally balance sebum production. It also utilises Pandanus (Wild Pineapple), which contains natural enzymes that gently dissolve dead skin cells, clear out debris, and visibly minimise enlarged pores. 

Yes, this formula is highly bio-compatible and designed for custom pairing. Because it is a concentrated, oil-free hydration matrix, you can easily cocktail it! Feel free to mix 1 to 2 drops of this serum with our Brightening or Nourishing Facial Oils in the palm of your hand before applying to create a deeply hydrating, lipid-replenishing emulsion.

Yes. The Pro-Aging Serum is formulated for daily use and can be applied morning and/or night after cleansing and before moisturiser to help maintain hydration, skin resilience, and overall radiance.
