STOCKISTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility and Approval

1.1 Minimum Purchase Requirement
To be eligible as a Founders Formula stockist and to be listed on our website, a minimum opening order is required. We have a number of packages available including a retail only package. Packages start from $1353 inc. GST.


1.2 Pre-Approval Process
All potential stockists must receive pre-approval from Founders Formula to access the Shopify wholesale portal; this will be approved and set up after a meeting with our Educator and an opening order has been placed. If no opening order is placed access to the portal will not be approved, and future wholesale purchases will not be permitted.

1.3 Account Activation
Once your meeting with Angelina has taken place and opening order is completed, you’ll receive:

  • Full access to our wholesale portal
  • Marketing assets and product education
  • Eligibility for our professional facial training and skincare protocols

To apply for a wholesale account please follow these steps:

  1. https://www.foundersformula.com.au/pages/wholesale-sign-up 
  2. Completed the Wholesale application
  3. A time will be scheduled to meet our Head Educator to discuss your needs and the opening order of your choice
  4. An invoice will be issued from Xero for the opening order of choice.
  5. As soon as this has been paid your application will be approved, and you will be notified of your approval within 24 hours

As soon as you have been approved, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://account.foundersformula.com.au
  2. Enter your email
  3. You will receive a code sent to your email, please use that code to login
  4. Place your order and make payment

2. Training

2.1 Initial Training
Founders Formula provides training to ensure your team is well-equipped to retail and recommend our range:

  • All accounts receive a complimentary 30-minute online one on one session to introduce the range.
  • Upon placing your opening order, stockists are entitled to an additional 60-minute online one on one product knowledge session.
  • Accounts offering all Booster Facials and placing a Gold opening order (with a minimum of $1,000/month for 3 consecutive months) are eligible for face-toface training.
  • Alternatively, accounts offering Booster Facials can access dedicated online training sessions with their Account Manager.
  • Onsite advanced facial training includes a certificate of completion.
  • Additional training can be arranged at the discretion of the Business Development Manager.


2.2 Training Expenses
Face-to-face training is exclusively available to qualifying Gold stockists. For all other accounts, comprehensive online training is provided at no cost.

2.3 Ongoing Training
Stockists will have access to regular product and treatment training via a monthly training calendar; everyone on your team is welcome to join these monthly training sessions. These sessions will be recorded if you cannot make it so you can watch them in your own time.

3. Ordering and Retail Support

3.1 Opening Orders
Opening orders must be placed via a meeting with our Head Educator. She can assist with a suggested order if required. Payment in full is required prior to dispatch.

3.2 Retail Support Program

  • Wholesale Terms; 5 x free samples for every $500 spent; Free Freight and Free Samples for orders over $1000
  • 45% wholesale discount off RRP
  • No MOQ on reorders
  • Buy 6 products- get one FREE on all reorders; This full-size free product can then be used as a tester, as an additional retail product or as an incentive for staff.

Access to professional-size products, images, training, education and marketing support upon order activation.

3.3 Order Changes
Orders are final once submitted. Any changes must be placed as a new order and will be processed and invoiced separately.

4. Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. No exceptions.

5. Shipping and Handling

5.1 Freight Costs
Founder’s Formula will cover freight costs within Australia for orders over $1,000 (inc. GST). For orders below this threshold, Australia Post freight costs will be charged, based on the volume/weight and postcode; Founders Formula do not make any money on the freight and only charge what we are being charged.

6. Damaged Stock & Returns

6.1 Reporting Damages
All damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement.

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Insurance
Founders Formula insures stock until it is dispatched. We strongly encourage stockists to ensure insurance coverage for goods during transit.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
Liability for any claims, damages, or losses is limited to the amount paid by the stockist unless otherwise required by law.
